Joshua Snyder, LAC-T, is a therapist at Into Action Recovery whose work in behavioral health spans nearly a decade, beginning in 2016 across both residential and outpatient settings. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Addiction Counseling from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing his Master of Social Work at Grand Canyon University. Josh has been on his own sobriety journey since 2015, an experience that continues to inform his clinical approach and deepen his connection to the clients he serves.
As a Licensed Associate Counselor Trainee, he integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy within a client-centered, collaborative framework. Josh specializes in substance use and co-occurring disorders and is especially passionate about helping individuals discover meaning and purpose as the foundation for long-term recovery. At Into Action Recovery, he brings clinical skill, personal insight, and a broad, culturally informed perspective to his therapeutic work.
