Into Action was built in 2012 on a principle most rehab centers avoid: recovery requires more from a man than just showing up. For over a decade, our program has helped thousands of men reclaim their lives through structured, long-term recovery programs across Canada, growing to more than 200 beds and multiple campuses. Our Arizona center continues that legacy with a refined, elevated, and results-driven men’s treatment model.
This is not a resort and it is not a vacation from life. It is a disciplined residential recovery program with clinical therapy, 12-step work, and a daily routine that builds the habits men need to stay sober in the real world.
This is not a place to hide from your problems. It is a place to face them.
Into Action Recovery is a men’s-only addiction treatment center in Arizona. Every resident, every group, and every hour of the daily schedule is built exclusively for men, because men heal differently, communicate differently, and respond to structure in ways that mixed-gender programs often dilute. We have operated men-only since 2012, and our Arizona campus serves adult men 18 and older from across the state and the country.
A structured, immersive 30 to 90 day program focused on stability, discipline, therapeutic intervention, and the foundational work of recovery. Daily routine replaces chaos. Responsibility replaces avoidance.
The same accountability model in a structured outpatient format at our Scottsdale location, for men stepping down from residential or holding down work and family while doing the work of recovery.
Addiction does not follow one script, and neither do we. Our clinical team treats the full range of substance use disorders men bring through our doors, each with a program page that explains exactly how treatment works.
Struggling with your mental health and addiction at the same time? Our integrated dual diagnosis treatment in Arizona addresses depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and OCD alongside substance use, with one team and one plan.
Men heal differently, communicate differently, and respond to structure in ways that mixed-gender programs often dilute. In a men-only environment there is nowhere to perform and no one to impress. Men confront their addiction honestly, rebuild their character, and step back into life stronger than before.
Strength, discipline, and performance are embedded into the daily rhythm of treatment: early mornings, physical training, group work, chores, and accountability to the man next to you.
CBT, DBT, trauma-informed therapy, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention, delivered by licensed clinicians and overseen by a board-certified addiction medicine physician.
Daily application of 12-step principles rebuilds accountability, honesty, and purpose. Spiritual, never religious: the emphasis is growth, internal strength, and clarity.

Yes. Into Action Recovery is a men’s-only addiction treatment center in Arizona. Every resident and every group is men-only, because men confront addiction differently when the environment is built for how men actually recover. The program has operated men-only since 2012, first across British Columbia and now in Arizona.
We accept Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and many other major insurance plans. Our admissions team verifies your benefits in minutes, at no cost and with no obligation, then explains in plain language exactly what your plan covers so you can make a clear decision before committing to anything.
