Statewide Men’s Addiction Treatment
Areas We Serve Across Arizona
Our work is simple: men get better here, and they stay better.
Into Action Recovery runs two real campuses: a men’s residential treatment campus in Laveen Village on the southwest edge of the Phoenix metro, and a men’s intensive outpatient office in Scottsdale. From those two addresses we serve men from every corner of Arizona and the states next door. Find your city below, or skip the reading and make the call that starts everything.

Two Campuses. Every City in Arizona.
Into Action Recovery is a men-only addiction treatment program with exactly two locations, and we lead with that fact on purpose. Plenty of treatment websites bury where they actually are. Ours is the opposite: two real campuses, a recovery model that has run continuously since 2012, and a service area that covers the whole state because men travel to get well, not because we scattered mailing addresses across it.
Here is what serving your city actually means. It means a page written for your geography instead of a template with the city name swapped, real drive times on real freeways, admissions coordinators who know the difference between a Gilbert commute and a Kingman one, and a program strong enough to be worth the trip. What it never means is a fake storefront, a rented suite with a sign, or a map pin placed where no treatment happens.
Residential Campus, Laveen Village
The heart of the program: a men-only campus in Laveen Village, southwest Phoenix metro, where men live for 30 to 90 days of structured clinical treatment, daily 12-step work, physical training, and brotherhood. Read about residential treatment in Phoenix.
Intensive Outpatient, Scottsdale
The step-down: 3 to 5 sessions per week, roughly three hours each with evening options, over 8 to 12 weeks. Built for men returning to work and family while treatment continues. Read about the men’s IOP in Scottsdale.

Still comparing programs? Start with our plain-spoken guide, How to Choose a Rehab in Arizona.
Which Campus Do You Need?
Two levels of care, one decision that admissions will help you make on the first call. The short version: if the drinking or the drugs still run the day, start residential. If treatment is underway and the day is stable, outpatient keeps the structure without the bed. Neither choice is permanent, and nobody has to make it from a search results page; the phone assessment exists so the recommendation fits the man, not the marketing.
Start Residential If...
Home is where the problem lives, stopping has failed more than once, or the substance use is daily. Men join our residential inpatient rehab for men for 30 to 90 fully structured days: clinical care, 12-step immersion, training, and accountability around the clock.
Step to IOP If...
You have completed residential, or your assessment points to treatment that fits around work and family. The men’s intensive outpatient program meets 3 to 5 times per week in Scottsdale, evenings available, for 8 to 12 weeks.
Substance-specific tracks run through both levels: drug rehab for men in Arizona for fentanyl, meth, opioids, and stimulants, and alcohol rehab for men in Arizona for the drinkers. Compare everything at once by browsing all men’s rehab programs.
One Continuum, From First Call to Brotherhood
Wherever in Arizona a man starts from, the path through the program is the same. Residential treatment in Laveen Village builds the foundation. The Scottsdale outpatient program carries it back into working life. Aftercare and the alumni brotherhood keep it standing for the years after, with an aftercare plan built before discharge and alumni events that keep men connected to the house long after they leave it.
That last piece matters more than most families expect. A man from Flagstaff or Yuma does not just leave with a plan; he leaves with phone numbers that answer, men who know his story, and a standing invitation back. Geography ends the residential stay. It does not end the brotherhood.
Dual diagnosis care runs through the whole continuum as well. Men whose depression, anxiety, PTSD, or ADHD travels with the addiction get both treated together, at whichever level of care they are in, because sending a man home well from one problem and untreated for the other is how relapses get scheduled.
Should You Pick a Rehab Close to Home or Far From It?
Both can work; the honest question is what your home base does to your recovery. For men in the Phoenix metro, our campus is close enough for family involvement and far enough to break daily patterns. For men in Tucson, Flagstaff, or out of state, the drive itself becomes a clean line between the old life and the work. Admissions will talk through your specific geography without a script.
Why Only Two Locations?
Because the model depends on density of attention, not breadth of branches. One residential campus means the clinical team, the training, the chores, and the brotherhood all happen in one place at full strength, run on the model that has been getting men sober since 2012. We would rather serve fifty cities from one strong campus than serve none of them well from ten diluted ones.
How Fast Can a Man Start?
Often the same day he calls. The admissions line answers around the clock, insurance verification happens during the first conversation, and when a bed is open, a man from anywhere in the Phoenix metro can arrive within hours. Longer drives and flights take a day of planning; admissions handles the sequence so the window of willingness does not close while logistics get sorted.
One practical note for families driving a man in: you do not need anything figured out before you call. Insurance, timing, what to pack, what to tell his employer, all of it is ground the admissions team covers every single day, and they will walk you through it in order.

Frequently Asked Questions: Where We Serve
What areas does Into Action Recovery serve?
Into Action Recovery serves men from every Arizona metro and most of the state beyond it: the entire Phoenix east and west valleys, Tucson and southern Arizona, Flagstaff, Prescott, and the northern high country, plus the river cities along the Colorado. Men also travel in from California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas.
Where are your facilities physically located?
There are exactly two: a men’s residential campus in Laveen Village, on the southwest side of the Phoenix metro, and a men’s intensive outpatient office in Scottsdale. Every city page on this site is served from those two real addresses; we never claim a building we do not have.
Do men travel from other states for treatment?
Yes, regularly. Men drive in from California, Nevada, and New Mexico along Interstate 10, Interstate 40, and US-93, and fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor from Texas and beyond. Distance from the old routine often helps early recovery, and admissions coordinates arrival details once insurance is verified over the phone.
Is the program men-only at both locations?
Yes. Both the Laveen Village residential campus and the Scottsdale outpatient program treat adult men, 18 and older, exclusively. Removing the social performance that mixed settings invite is central to how the model works. Family members of any kind stay involved as the support system throughout treatment.
How do I know whether I need residential or outpatient care?
You do not have to decide alone. Admissions runs a confidential phone assessment and recommends a starting point based on your situation, history, and home environment. Most men begin with residential treatment in Laveen Village and step down to the Scottsdale outpatient program; some enter outpatient directly.
Does insurance coverage change depending on where I live?
Your benefits follow you, not your zip code. Into Action works with Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and many other major plans, whether you are calling from Mesa, Tucson, or out of state. Admissions verifies your specific policy in minutes, free, before you make any decision.
Can my family stay involved if we live far from the campus?
Yes. Family is the support system through the whole program, and the team keeps approved contacts informed however far away they live. Admissions explains communication and visit guidelines during intake, so parents in Tucson or a wife in Kingman know exactly what to expect week by week.
What if my city is not listed on this page?
Call anyway. The list above covers the cities men most often come from, not the limits of who we serve. If you are anywhere in Arizona or the surrounding states and you need structured men’s treatment, admissions will talk through logistics, verify insurance, and help you plan the trip.
